A while back, I busted the serrated sheepdog blade on my SOG power assist, doing things I expect my other multi tools to do. I was on the SOG website, and saw the 1/4 inch driver component, which says it is compatible with the power assist. Will it fit where the sheepdog blade used to be? Also, I hear tell that someone makes blades of better quality steel to replace the pot metal factory offerings. Is this true? And if so where would I buy one?

SheepsFOOT, not sheepdog. That's an ironic auto correct.

My SOG is at work, but as I recall. the 1/4" drive is thicker than the blade, so it won't fit.
Maybe if you also took out one of the other tools on the same side?

I thought it looked thicker in the picture. Glad I asked. Good idea about removing another implement!
