I got my Massdrop Brass AAA on Friday! :frantic:

Not long before that, I got the Lumintop Ti Tool AAA on which the Massdrop flashlight is based.

Both lights are about the same length as my Preon ReVO SS, and the titanium version is actually lighter. They are slightly larger in diameter, but only on the bezel and tailcap, which actually makes the light easier to use.

The brass has my preferred mode sequence of L > M > H, though the low is not a moonlight level like the ReVO. The titanium has a M > L > H sequence, but I find myself preferring the Medium level for normal, non-nightstand use.

These lights could probably just be used for keychain service if you are willing to tolerate a little bit of extra length for a clicky.

@reppans Sorry, but I may be bailing on the Preon ReVO SS club due to these new flashlights.

I love the Fenix UC02 (stainless) and it is really nice for keychain carry. I don't neck carry, but size wise the UC02 is the same diameter (maybe a hair smaller) and shorter than the E05 so I wouldn't think it would feel bulkier.

Everything is bulky compared to the 4Sevens Atom A0 on my neck chain. It's about as small as an AAA light can get.

For neck, Photon Freedom Covert works extremely well/

Since you specified AAA, why not the Fenix E01? Significantly tinier - supposed to be 71mm x 14.2 mm. The AAA by itself is 44.5mm x 10.5mm.

First off the E01 has not been sold for a few years now?
Second it is not as tiny anymore as others either, the Atom for example is smaller.[IMG]
    Wrong light SORRY!

I don't understand. You can purchase the Fenix E01 all day long, can't you?

Oops sorry,I confused the number with the LD01!?

Maybe I should wait to post until actually awake?

    Nah!

Also I can't locate my E01 anyway somehow?

I also think the Atom is smaller but ow can not prove it.

I'm pretty sure the Atom A0 is as small as a AAA light can get without violating any laws of physics. Nice light, it just works... always. Got one on my neck chain and use it almost daily (one day I'll get around to installing a light in my clothes closet).

Yes, I believe the Adam is as small as you can get, although I've never owned one.

I think this one is tied for "smallest AAA" with the Atom. I have an earlier version and I love it. What a value... its tiny, titanium, magnetic tail cap, tritium slot... In fact, I'm gonna pick up another right now!

EDIT: OK, for the life of me I can't figure out why this page seems to be isolated from the rest of my clipboard! You'll have to go to GearBest and search for DQG AAA. Sorry!

So after I ordered another one of these, now I see the same light is on sale for the ridiculous price of $18! http://m.gearbest.com/led-flashlights/pp_520487.html?currency=USD&vip=760243&gclid=CjwKEAjwvYPKBRCYr5GLgNCJ_jsSJABqwfw7qNrCvheWEOzef1SePkvYDjFriAeBxGh2BpQKliNjVBoCxr_w_wcB

For the price the olight is the best option. There's a DGK or DQK something with those initials and it is smaller but it is 5o bucks. You can buy 4 olights for that price and the size difference is negligible. The FENIX 05 is a great light too.

Been wearing a stainless steel one for several months now. Noticeable at first, barely noticeable now. Aluminum key i put on the chain more annoying.

Chiming in with some more Olight love. The I3S-CU EOS gets you all the goodness of the I3E EOS with the additions of a decent pocket clip and a nicer body, and a brighter 180 turbo (which ramps down to 90 after 30 seconds)/20/1 lm. Only downside is that it comes in a 69mm versus the 60mm for the I3E. It is 27g versus 9g which may make a different on a keychain, but is invisible in pocket carry. I have a bunch of the standard I3E EOS lights on my keychains.

It is currently my go to watch pocket carry light.
