Spyderco and Benchmade both make a few... If I could legally carry one here I'd
    be EDC'ing the Morpho.

Benchmade's Morpho and Spyderco's Smallfly are the only quality balisongs with about a 3in blade that I've ever heard of. I think those two manufacturers may be the only option for any good balisong.

The morpho is a surprisingly good EDC knife. Not great flipper for tricks, but comfortable and smooth.

For less money but bigger and more bulk, the Bradley Kimura II is a good knife. Not as EDCable though.

There is a kit knife called the Typhoon available from a few internet sellers that is of good quality and reasonable price. Smaller than the Kimura, bigger than the morpho.

Knifekits, texasknife and a few other web vendors have the typhoon.
