Picked up a new Sinn! It is my second automatic watch (first was an orient which is an amazing deal for the price) and so far its been great. Gotta love the german QC. Its been extremely accurate, and the countdown bezel is very useful. Great lume and surprisingly light, even on a bracelet.

I didn't want the UTC version at first, but its definitely growing on me. Useful for keeping an eye on the time of distant family. The bracelet is easy to size as the pins screw in instead of the usual method. Why don't more brands use this system?

That is a sweet Sinn!! I LOVE Sinn watches. I haven't been able take my U1 off since it's arrival. My U1 is THE most accurate auto I have ever owned.

It definitely hasn't left my wrist since I got it. The U1 is also great, I love those lego hands.

Its called a countdown bezel and its great for timing short tasks. I think it has to do with the fact that it is a "pilots watch". I just align the amount of time I want with the minute hand and its over when the hand gets to the triangle. Between that and the chrono I've got all flavors of timing covered. I read somewhere about how to use it (or any rotating bezel) to help you remember where you parked your car, but I haven't needed it for that yet ;).

Well done! I have had a Sinn U1 SDR with rubber strap for a year and never take it off, absolutely brilliant watch.

Thanks! Its been running about +1 second a day since I've gotten it. I've been trying to find a position to set it at night so it will lose the time that it gains but no such luck so far. I don't know how I got things done without a rotating bezel too. By far the most convenient to time events <1hr.

Nice watch, I had a Sinn U1 before but sold it for my Seamaster. Sinn makes a great product, enjoy that one!

Oh thats the one thing I would LOVE to have in this watch. The lume is pretty good, but tritium markers would make it perfect ;).

You guys are killing me with these bad a** watches you keep showing here and I can't even stand to wear a watch. Would it be a Sinn to put it on a leather fob and use it as a pocket watch?

    I love my Sinn although it's a bit older and mines a quartz...I have a 180ti.
