Yes it is. Thick and heavy for a small knife.

Tiny, homemade kiridashi that has proved to be useful in spite of its 5-inch (12.5cm.) total length. I made it from a file and carry it in a Kydex neck sheath.

Sorry, got it about 7 years ago and don't recall where from. If I find any paper work I'll let you know. If you keep an eye in the "Bay" you may spot one.
