Another new toy. Kershaw Scallion. I haven't had time to put it through its paces, yet, but the assisted opening is fun to play with. We'll see how it holds up day-to-day.

I bought these Schrade lockbacks in the 1980s and early 1990s and had them tucked away since then. The LB5 is one of my favorites.

Here's a serialized Schrade 80T. I bought it long ago but don't recall the details of what it commemorates (if anything).

That's the first I've seen of the CS Talon. I have the tanto and drop point(?) Spikes. They are a serious chunk of metal, you can't see that in the pix though. Is it going to be your new boot knife?

Yeah, I should take a pic from the top to show how thick they are. I looked at the others and was tempted with the drop point, but then I saw the Talon and kept going back to it.

Nah, with my luck, I would hurt my lizard skins. It's going to join Catcherman and be my "slice that bass up the middle" fishing knife. ;D

Looks like you have 2 Relentless knives in the second pic. How do you like 'em? I've been thinking about trying to get one of the smaller blades like the one you have on the left side of the pic. How does the smaller handle feel in hand? Good retention in the sheath?
Thanks for letting me bug you.

I'm a sad wee bunny, and I've stopped buying knives this year. [Just outdoor gear - and a pocket loupe this morning. Recommended here ;)]
Apart from a Swamp Rat Battleguard, a SS Police, a Lil Temperance, and a Bark River Mikro Canadian. None of which have made the photo below.
