One swiss made, one swedish made. Nothing fancy. Just like the combo.

I have a Pro-Lite tanto from '04. The black teflon coating isn't the best, but overall, it's a great knife...

Nice to see a knife that’s used. Too many safe queens, including mine. Well, I carry them around. But no real need to use them in my job and hobbies.

Two of my older knives. From an objectiv point of view nothing special but loved and used a lot. And very special from my subjective point of view.

The first one was my grandfathers edc for ages. He found it on an israeli beach in the 70ies and used and carried it every day for decades until the scale broke. Like all of his knives, it was always very sharp.

When I was a kid, my mother always told me to be very carful when I was at my grandparents house because the knives where so sharp. I would love to check this from my todays point of view but unfortunately my grandpa has passed away years ago and my grandma a couple of years later. The only thing I wanted to inherit was his edc and I will keep it forever.

The second one is the oldest one I bought myself that I still own. Must have been around 30 years ago. I must have been in elementary school and spent the holidays with my parents at the coast. We went on a bike ride and passed a some kind of outdoor mart with a place that sold knives. And I always liked knives But no chance to by something with my parent around.

After we have returned to the place we stayed I told them that I still wanted to ride my bike, went back to the mart and bought the knive. It was a long bike ride on the dike against the wind [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Very out of the ordinary for me, not used to not flicking a knife open or a lack of lock. Many people complained about fit and finish on these, mine is spot on, everything lines up perfectly, no blade play, exactly what I hoped. Not a traditional styled knife guy, how ever, modern style and great materials in a classic flavour give me what I felt to be the best of both words. Slight downside, have not confirmed this myself but what I have been told, underneath the scales/bolster, the frame is pinned together. Not a deal breaker but hoped it would be screwed together especially in this day and age. Overall, love it, wouldn't carry it on its own but it would definitely be a nice addition/complement to another knife on you.
