It's a little tank of a knife. Smooth as butter and rock solid. The Techno's fit and finish is very much on par with a Sebenza, the main differences being mostly academic. Excellent build quality, I believe it is Spyderco's best construction yet. I love the design, and the ergonomics are perfect for my hand (3 finger grip, but it is beefy). It has a full flat grind, which is a very strong, versitile design, but the blade is tall enough and the angle is so acute that it is also a really good slicer. Like a Sebenza, it is just 2 slabs of Ti and a blade - I like simple. And like the Sebenza, the Techno punches well above its price point - way above.
I am very happy to have a Techno back in my pocket, I can't say that about all the knives I have had in the past. The only thing I would do to change the Techno would be add a pivot bushing, I hate centering blades… but for the price, I can deal with it.
And the paracord on your prybar/knife is very cool. Has given me an idea!!

Experience is a cruel teacher. It gives a test before presenting the lesson.
Going simple and light this Friday.
I think we need a "Really, Really Like" button
