    Yes it is, and I'm surprised they don't ship within the US. Maybe you could have it shipped to a family member in another state and they would ship it to you.

    FWIW, Blade HQ was forced to cease sales to the NYC area by DA Vance. The owner has posted about the experience on other forums. The DA decided they were selling "illegal knives" and tried to bankrupt the company. The company spent $40,000+ on legal fees and as part of their "legal settlement" they agreed not to ship to NYC. Would the settlement stand up to the standards of the American legal system? Probably not, but I don't think the company can afford to take on NYC's legal system.

    Back to topic... Great job on the Techno, DaKine! Where did you get the bronze clip?
