This has got to be one of my favorite purchases of the last couple years. It's 22oz. from Highwave. I paid about $25 for it via Amazon. It's wide base makes it stable everywhere, even the dash of my truck. It's kept coffee cold in the middle of winter for 5 hours +. It's got a sip anywhere lid, and with its optional second lid, it becomes leakproof. The big handle lets me grab it with gloves, and easy to clip to my bag. This sucker is bombproof.
Show us your coffee mugs No. I'd have to wash it out first and it's taken me a long time to get it "seasoned" just right. (co-workers tell me that it'd hold more coffee if I washed it out once in a while )
Right here is my favorite at home mug. It was made for me by a friend from college who was my RA freshman year, she was one of the few people I stayed friends with all four years.
My wife is now interested in a Zojirushi mug, after hearing a very positive review on an otherwise unrelated podcast. The host said she poured her tea in a separate mug first to let it cool a bit before placing it in the Zojirushi, since it was still very hot about five hours later if she didn't.
I don't drink coffee, but these are my usual tea mugs: We have more than a dozen of the Moomin mugs, but this one is mine. I rarely use any of the others. The sheep and fox mugs are from Estonia.
I have five, and the black Moominpappa mug is my favorite. They give them out to blood donors here, so I keep collecting them.
My wife bought me one like this (mine is a little rounder with a black handle) from Etsy. Holds 15oz of coffee from the Chemex perfectly!
My wife's a teacher so we have a trillion coffee mugs! I have quite a few favorites but my most favorite has to be my TAD Gear Klean Kanteen topo. Crummy pic but all I have right now...
Here are my two most frequently used mugs....The brass knuckles mug was a gift last year from a friend. The other is a Jared Lee mug that i picked up from a thrift store years ago...
I take it you don't have children. It's an Octonauts mug, I'll probably have to buy a second one soon and give them both to the kids.
My favorites are a Scooby Doo, a Bugs Bunny, and the Armalite coffee mug I got at the Black Rifle Convention in 2002.
