I ordered it several days ago, and they didn't send a tracking number. Funnily enough, it was sitting in my mailbox. I think I like it. The keys don't jingle anymore. There's a couple box wrenches and a little flathead/pry/tear thing. I'm not sure if I like it better than a key-bar or whatever the thing like it that I have is. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Alu. It usually ends up a bit lighter in my experience, plus I don't like how brittle titanium is. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Hmm. Hey, will this also work for split rings? I have a few that don't close up anymore. Have I posted my custom 3D printed danglers here? I'm not sure 3D-printed SS is the way to go. The interior surfaces can't be blasted and are very rough, so they need a lot of work. The white nylon plastic is very nice and flexible, though.
Check out Black Diamonds new hoodwire carabiners. load bearing and things wont get caught in the notch!
Awesome. Thanks. Called petzl wire gate carabiner. I wish they made a mini...but I guess the cheap mini ones do it differently so they don't snag either....they just also wear out in a few months.
Petzl Ange S (small), you can read that on the side in the pic... there's also an L- large size version, but yeah, I'd like to find a mini for smaller gear (non-weight bearing).
My open dangler is the only one that can be used without a lot of modification, since they're less flexible than expected. I was going to use it with o-rings but mine are too big. The dangler was a bit too open so I wrapped it in cord to tighten it: It doesn't really grip, but it works quite well just hanging on.
Got another one of those SF clips. They come in silver, grey and black. I thought grey might be tumbled or bead-blasted, but it looks like it's just painted. Now testing them as pocket danglers.
Sort of looks like my sets of keys. Minimalist to maximum load. Also a couple with LaRue Tactical Dillos as the base.
