Did a quick bag dump so I decided to post my 5.11 Rush Moab 10 and my trusty COVRT 6. I want to add a Rush 12 or a COVRT 18 next...
How do you like the COVRT? I keep thinking about picking one up, but honestly, the look of the thing makes me stop.
Good little bag to have especially on the occasions when the Moab 10 maybe a little to big. The 6 holds more than you would think. I usually pack my tablet Kindle Fire HDX 7 inches but my Asus T-100 which is 10 inches fits perfectly as well. Toss in a packable jacket, a few snack bars, bare essential flashlight etc and I still have room. In addition, if you decide to conceal carry nothing about this bag screams I am an Operator....
Guys! I'm considering pulling the trigger on a rush 24. The only reason I don't do it now is because I don't know how confortable it is with 20/25lbs loads while walking. Any experiences? TIA. L.-
I carry mine everyday with about 15 lbs but recently took a trip through Denver airport and had over 25 and it carried great. I have the rush 12 and feels like it carries too high on my frame but the 24 carries great for me. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I wore mine hiking to the top of Mt. Washburn. I had several bottles of water and gatorade, food, extra sweatshirt, spare (loaded) magazines, large binoculars, and a bunch of other gear. I didn't have a scale to weigh it, but it was very comfortable. I have yet to find a better designed or organized bag than the Rush 24. The only thing I would change, would be to make it out of leather.
Wow thank you guys! I have a rush 12 and I usually end up with lower back pain (Even though I pack realtively light) so I was afraid of having the same problem with the 24. Have a nice Saturday night. L.-
I attach flashlights, optic battery cases, whatever D rings I may or may not need, and on the right side of the 6X6 utility pouch is a Laserlyte blade that attaches to picatinny. Whatever small gear I need that accepts rail can be temporarily attached on the outside. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using Tapatalk

20140609_164909 by americanozzy, on Flickr The newest member of my 5.11 family. Rush delivery xray in doubletap. It is my carry on bag for air travel. I love this bag. The larger size vs the original rush delivery is the biggest plus for me. Placed two 6.6 pouchs on the front flap so I could have easy access to items without having to open the flap while traveling
