Looks like the Huntsman to me. I have one all designed in my mind for Jon to get for me in a future run ;~) Oooops. That's bottom left. I can not view entire image but the bottom one next column from Huntsman appears to be a Little Creek incase that is the one. http://www.barkriverknives.com/home.html
Beautiful, all parts of the topic. I want one, want one, moreover, I want more! But here in Portugal are not selling: (
Gotta love Google Translate! Translation - The level of custom house is complicated, everything is stopped will the U.S. and applied rates and more fees: (and then there is the fact that a blade, because of two spydies had to wait almost three months: ( If the knife blade has less than 10 cm, no problem, but the added tax makes the price much.
Sorry, I thought of Portuguese and forgot that it was a forum for English language: P Thanks also DB, the translation is so right, that's my problem, tariff rates, I know where it was necessary to issuing the order to send a letter to the Customs House to swear by all that was a gift, and even then applied tariffs.
These came in from Jon last week. My first Barkies, and every aspect of them impresses me - a Little Creek, and a necker with black micarta handles.
I just got this in the mail. It's a Gunny with no thumb ramp. I looked for a rampless gunny for quite some time before I found this one on eBay for a good deal. I've only had it for a day, but it sure cut up my steak well! I intend to use it as my camping/outdoors knife.
i try not buying any knives unless i can feel it out in my hands... but these barkies are always calling me! anybody know if you're able to get a secure 4 finger grip on the bravo necker?
The Barkies are some really beautiful knives. Grinds, shapes, proportions, materials, all really nice. .I wish I needed a fixed blade. So pretty
This Bravo Necker owner echoes Jon's answer about a 4-finger grip. Post #6 with photo of knife in his hand. BTW, he's 6'2" so presumably larger hands.
