I am really happy with it! The items I put in there are all snug but not really difficult to remove. There isn't any wasted space so for those smaller items, it works great. The smaller dimensions/tighter pockets means less material so it isn't as noticeable in the pocket. It may even work for people that have huge keychain bundles and want to try a different carry method for some of the small keychain tools.
thatsalligot, is that as far down as the PWII will go, or just out for the photo? Also, which way do you fold it, tools on the inside or outside? Could you possibly show a photo with it in the closed position to see how thick it is. Many thanks.
Hi GWAC, No, it will go all the way down. Just for photo op so you can see what fits. I fold it so the tools are on the outside. See page 150 of part 1. Sorry, I'm on vacation in Seattle I'll take some more pics when I return.
I was using the tilt shift app in Snapseed on my iPhone 5S. This is taken from the top of the Space needle.
My S10 does fit in the side tube of my Shield XL, but it's a tight fit & the head will stick out of the tube. It's no problem combined with my SwissTool though.
Never had a problem with it, with or without the clip (I carry my Ti S10 without the clip, makes it a little less bulky in tight pockets). I do make sure I always turn it so the button is in a corner where it won't be accidentally presses if the whole thing gets mashed together in my bag or something like that. Like this: And while I'm at it, here's how it looks closed:
Here is my Skinth (falling apart finally after 4+ years I think) And here are the contents I've tried to get a replacement, but Metro seems to be non responsive. Mine is a bit custom.
Not non-responsive, I just can't sit at a computer and answer emails all day I totally got your email, just haven't had a chance to respond. I can't believe what I am seeing! That looks like a first gen Skinth! wow!
It is, and it's been on my belt every day since I got it. I have only just retired it because I was afraid I would lose my light. I've had a new skinth in my cart for a few days, I just can't decide which model
