Hey guys, I think I've finally decided in a watch. I've been lookin and lookin and I keep coming back to the SKX173.

So my first question, is $170 a good price? Or have you found it cheaper?

Second, where can I get a matching metal band for it? I'm not a big fan of the one it comes with.

    Thanks
    -Chris

$170 seems expensive to me, since the SKX007 which is the same case but has round markers instead of rectanges, runs around $100 on eBay and SCTF. Is the $170 on bracelet or rubber strap?

For replacement bracelets, try http://www.chronograph and http://www.21jewels.com

So the difference between the 007 and 173 is the face? Why so much cheaper?

For $170 It comes with the rubber straps only.

I think the SKX173 is US-distributed only, while the SKX007 is sold in Asia, and is considered "gray market". All the cool Seikos aren't sold in the US.

Shrap, thanks for the links. Now I see there are a few more options for me to look at.
