    Hmmm, it appears I completely forgot to post last week's weigh in graph. So here it is in advance of tomorrow's post.

    Flat last week. Still trying to get into the full swing after the holidays and develop a routine with work. It's been just over a month since I started working here (again) but a little over 2 weeks of that was the holidays so it's hard to develop a rhythm during that time.

    Anyway, I'm back at it and going for more progress. We'll see how I did tomorrow with the Week 39 progress towards #Target220

    Now the holidays have past it may be easier!

    That bubba container has taken a beating - fallen out of the truck countless times. I've no experience with yeti.

    You look at that total progress and and WOW you are doing awesome. Not just with all the weight loss but sticking with it for so long. Keep up the good work Bubba.

    Great to see you still kept losing through the holidays and really didn't lose any ground. Keep at it and I'm sure you will hit your target weight.

    Week 39 weigh in this morning

    Even a pound is progress... I feel like I'm getting in the groove and back on track. I'm going to have to figure out the when and what of the gym but my current goal is to start with 3 times a week doing primarily free weights and body weight exercises. I'm looking at potentially doing an Olympic lifting routine. Currently looking into a "beginners" program recommended to me by a friend. It's from a fella named Dan John and so far seems legit. If anyone has done Olympic lifting before and has some resources or feedback, i'd love to hear from you.

    Thanks y'all! I plan to be at the lower weight a lot longer than it takes to get to the lower weight so the slow-ish progress of late is still OK with me. It's motivating me to up the energy output now because I still love good food (and whiskey... and whisky too...)
