    I agree 2 pounds lost is still a gain in the right direction. Keep at it scbubba and you'll be at your goal before you know it.

    I hear ya.
    I didn't even have to go on vacation - I just stopped being vigilant and gained a bit more than that back over the past few months. Though I came back on Friday from school kids camp and had lost a little bit. Gotta keep myself busy is my trick I feel.

    Hal, I know all too well what that's like. Even without going on the vacation like snowkiwi said...

    I'm trying to psych myself up for the holiday this week. I'll basically take the governor off on Thursday while with my extended family (who are some incredible cooks!) but try to stay fairly strict the rest of the time. We'll see how that goes....

    I'll most likely be traveling on Friday morning so will delay this week's weight in. We have to get back home to finish out football for my son. He was selected for the All Star team for 8 and under at our home field. The team selected the players from 5 teams and plays in a tournament this Fri - Sun. I'm really proud of the little (not-so-little) guy for how hard he has worked and how far he has come. :D
