    Thanks. :) I was also taught that in our basic medic training. :D I keep the Sharpie Mini on my belt loop or sternum strap at all times during the search for easy access.

    Just came across the thread. As an ST2 with a few op's under my belt.. My suggestion is make everything modular. Take the ST1 and ST2 and Crew Leader recommendations and then your teams requirements and put everything into modules. You should keep a basic 24 hour pack ready to go with basic survival and medical supplies.. But keep it basic and keep it light weight. You'll then want to customize your pack based on the mission. My team rolls on 52 requests in a 10 month period. Each call is different and each location is different.

    While I think the forum is a ghost town right now. sarforums.com has some tips and tricks on it. :)
