For the guys who use the 511 rush 12 bag as there edc bag where do you guys pack a pistol in the bag? I ccw a kahr k9 iwb everywhere I go except work. My rush 12 is going to spend most of its time riding in my truck during the week so I plan on packing my Smith m&p 9 in the bag as a second gun. Since there is not a specific spot for a pistol was curious how or where you guys pack the pistol.

The MOAB 10 has a concealed weapon pocket hidden in the front of the bag.

If you are going to carry any type of spare clothing like a extra shirt or socks or even gloves, if you fold & put them in the bottom of the back pocket which is really a bladder compartment, a full size handgun will happily sit right on top horizontally so when you unzip zipper the grip is right there for your hand ;)

It also can point muzzle down vertical and still pretty easily grabbed out.

It isn't speed access by any means but I can get to mine fairly quickly

I said this in a Rush 24 thread, but it works better in this thread:

I have a Rush 12, but in that zipper pocket that you can see at the top of the front pouch, I can fit my M&P9C (in it's holster). It's not an ideal way to carry, but it's better than nothing. The gun is safe (holstered and held in place by the dimensions of the pocket), somewhat quickly accessible, and much better than being at home.

The pockets aren't the same between the 12 and 24 but that was the location that came to my mind as well.
