Hey, I'm Roxy! I'm new here. Might recognize me from youtube (same username) Let's get into my most beloved topic, EDC!! [ My EDC. -Nokia e63 -Large Leather Case Logic Phone Case -Nivea Chapstick -5 gum (Cobalt) -Sabre Red Pepperspray -Keys (House key, 2007 Ford Mustang keys) -OTS Film Watch -Zippo Slim -Leatherman Micra -Streamlight Microstream And for the blades.... -Spyderco Sage 2 -Spyderco Native -Benchmade 707 Sequel -Spyderco Leafstorm -Spyderco Cricket Arranged how I'd wear it This Maxped bag is EDC'd in my car. I bring it where I go, but it doesn't stay in my car when I'm not out and about. It's simply too big and bulky and tactical for me, a petite teenage girl to wear all the time. I do carry a purse when I need to. Maxpedition EDC Organizer, tiny first aid kit, Gerber multitool, Trident gum and granola bar. Cold Steel Recon 1 (tanto partially serrated), Maratac zippo pouch (rides on the molle on the bag), duct and electrical tape, batteries, Paracord, Victorinox 1 handed trekker, iNova 2A, Ear buds, cleaning cloth, Ka-Bar TDI (in CCW pocket) Give me feedback!!! Thanks for looking!! Rock on, Roxy
awesome gear Roxy! i also sub to your channel haha. was wondering when you were gonna make it over here. 5 and Trident Layers are my favorite gum, good choice.
Nice gear. To a quick visit to your YTube Channel. Looks good. Was curious to where your influences come from in selecting your carry gear.
Haha yeah took me long enough!!I tried blade forums for a bit but didn't like it as much. But I'm diggin this!! Thanks for subbing to me! 5 and trident both make awesome gum.
Hmmm that's a tough one. My influence comes from all the good folks on youtube. I watch EDC videos like it's my job. I've watched most of the ones on youtube, seriously. I look them up like every couple weeks to make sure I'm up to date. Feedback from my subs, too, has influenced my decisions. So basically I would have no knowledge of anything EDC if it wasn't for YT. But I honestly couldn't tell you my individual influences. Thanks for checking out my channel and posting!!
Hi, another sub here, nice gear you have. ;D The only thing I feel you are missing in your gear is a multitool. Maybe a Leatherman Juice of some kind. Small, light, but oh so usefull. Fits in the purse nicely. Pliers are a great thing to have on you. And Welcome!
nice. i wish more females were into EDC gear. and by females i dont mean butch lesbians. [not that theres anything wrong with that, unless one happens to be your boss of course]
Thank you!! Wow, lots of subs here! I do have a multitool in my EDC bag (Gerber Ripstop Multiplier). But I have been lusting over a juice for as long as I've loved gear. This summer when I actually have money it'll be hard to resisit. Thanks for posting and subbing!
I do too! Most girls think it's weird. But I love it and I think it's totally normal for a girl to like it. C'est la vie. Maybe some day! Bahaha right, not just lesbians, straight girls too!
Roxy, it is AWESOME to see you on EDCF!!! Welcome!! I really enjoy your youtube videos...I need to start making more myself. I think you will really enjoy EDCF!
I'm glad to be here dude!! Glad you enjoy the vids! I need to start making more too...people are starting to get agitated haha. I love EDCF so far!! What's your channel name so I can sub to you? Thanks for posting!!!
Thank you! Unfortunately, because I have tiny girl pockets, it's impossible for me to carry the Tank. If you're looking for a knife you can beat the living hell out of, go with the Recon 1. Surprisingly good ergos, beyond solid lockup, and I happen to like AUS-8. It's a great knife, I'd recommend it.
Welcome to the forum, Roxy. Nice to see another woman here. You have quite the knife collection! You are going to give these guys heart palpitations being a girl who loves knives. LOL Say, how do you like that Ka-Bar? Do you find it easy to CCW? I keep thinking that the handle might make it harder to hide since I don't wear a belt.
Welcome to the forum! WOW, You got some nice gear! You're gonna fit right in around here! The people here are amazing and like a big family Always good to have more females around here...hopefully you'll be able to inspire more ladies with the importance of carrying useful stuff.
