As per usual,very informative and entertaining review.
As always a great review. Sadly, the bladelength is too long for Danish EDC puposes.

I got no less than 15 seconds into the video before hunger took over, only to be let down by the distinct lack of Camembert or even a basic baguette. I had nearly this same problem with the video in which you were cutting that delicious looking gypsy salami.
I should also comment on your review itself and say I very much enjoy them. It's really very interesting to see knives made in other parts of the world.
This is indeed a fantastic knife, and now available in various handles (mine is Juniper wood). As Stefan mentions, the centering, fit and finish, as well as locking is awesome. Here is a picture of my knife (been my EDC carry this week):
