I was unscrewing a screw with the small flathead on my wave and it snapped can you buy a replacement?

As far as I know Leatherman only sells complete bit sets, not individual bits.

Considering some of their target audience (specifically the folks that "mod" their multi-tools), it would be nice if you could get Leatherman to send you just the parts, but I believe you have to send the Wave in for service. I expect the Security Torx on the Wave is also meant to deter (because you can't buy security Torx bits from the local HD, Lowes or Sears ) DIY tool repair by the end user.

    On the Leatherman FAQ page:
I can't live without my Leatherman for even a day. Can you just send me the parts I need?
Our products are designed to be disassembled by factory-trained technicians only. Repaired tools are reassembled (and the pivot posts cemented) to ensure proper tension for optimum tool performance. Attempting to disassemble a Leatherman tool yourself may result in lost components and compromised tool functionality. It may also void your warranty protection.

Amazon has a nine bit replacement set for $8. Probably your best bet.

Hmm.... wasn't even thinking of a bit... for some reason, I read the OP as snapping one of the pivoting tools.

I didn't know they wouldn't sell the individual parts. One more reason for me to stick with my SOG I guess. Only thing I've ever had to replace though is a handle cover.

I mean the eye glass screwdriver the bit itself not the holder.

Devil's always in the details. A eyeglass screwdriver bit is part of the US Replacement Bits. Which is what Keith was probably referring to. It can be purchased directly through Leatherman or Amazon, depending on what works out to have the best price after shipping is factored in.
