Hi guy and gals. Anybody using a remora no clip holster for iwb carry? I have one for my bodyguard, which I carry in the pocket. I've tested it iwb, and it's not a problem for that. Was wondering if anyone carries a heavier gun in theirs. Thinking about getting one for my shield. The hybrid is kind of a pain sometimes. Thanks in advance for all the info.

My Dad has several SIG SAUER's and he loves his Remora Holsters. Got one for each pistol he carries :)

Remora Holsters are ok. They're a pretty good value.

I carry my shields almost exclusively in the remora. Works great, stays tight. Walking, camping, driving. Every once in a while I need to adjust but that's it. Less adjustment than the hybrid I had.

I run one every now and then now that I've got an incredibly comfortable hybrid but the cool thing about the remora is that I can carry it with clothing I can't carry the hybrid with. I did find that if you're ultra skinny the remora may not be the best choice...I don't have that problem however.

I use a remora for my Sig 938. Leather lined with the extended left side sweat guard. It carries great. I forget it's there.

Looking through the sale adds this weekend, the lgs has what I think is a good deal on a p938. So mabey I'll be carrying a sig in a remora too.

I have used a Remora to carry a EAA Witness Elite Match. It's worked very well for me and the Elite Match is both large and heavy.

I use Remora holsters with a single-stack 9mm, a 40 S&W, and a double-stack 9mm. I use them more than my hybrid holsters. Right now my favorite model is the standard black with a small sweat shield and the remora-hyde lining. I also have a tuckable and IWB/OWB model.

I've had mine for years. Love them. Just today changed because I found something a bit better by design. Universal Holsters

I use one with my PF9. It's very convenient and I think it conceals better. Hybrids hold the gun more rigid but they stick out farther from my body, IMO.

I don't think I'd use a Remora with a heavier gun. Mine just doesn't have that "tacky" feel like they're described, even after I clean it thoroughly with Dawn. It's pretty easy to pull out of my waistband. Maybe I got a faulty one.

I've got one for my Glock 19 and Smith & Wesson 642. Both are extremely sticky.

Remoras are great. You can put them anywhere on your waist and they don't make your pants sag like an IWB holster with a metal clip(s). Very affordable too for the quality.
