I think Nick is talking about this one. I've got one, which I used sometimes in the Fire Service, and it served me well BUT you can see how big it is compared to a Leatherman Sidekick.
The pliers are spring-loaded but small; where the Sidekick has a pair of pliers the Chen one has snips.

Yes Lee, that's the one that i have.
I agree with you about the measures, it's sulrely a bit bulky.
It has instead the best heavy duty scissors i found on a MT.

Wingman or Sidekick, depending on whether you prefer a partially serrated or full plain edge blade, scissors or wood saw.

Wingman if you want full size and cheap, Rebar can be had right around $40 online for a bit of an upgrade, if you want to go all the way, Charge Tti can be had for $100 through Staples with a discount code and shop discover.

For smaller, Squirt if you want keychain accessible and useful. Juice S4 or s2 if you want bigger.

Keychain - Squirt with scissor or plier, depending on need
Pocket - Juice S2; best combo of size and tools
Belt - Wave; excellent array of tools and utility.

I love my Sidekick and it's always on me when I leave the house, especially now as I've made it UK legal.

I would like to put in a vote for the Skeletool for a pocket sized tool. I love mine, but fair warning the pocket clips on both the Skeletool and Freestyle aren't very tight, I've almost lost both several times due to their falling out of my pockets.
Last time the only thing that made me realize I didn't have my Freestyle was... well, I stepped on it. I didn't even realize it had fallen out of my pocket.
    Great tools otherwise though :)
