I bought it in December last year, for the equivalent of ~ 3$.Please bear in mind that I live in Eastern Europe, where some things are much more expensive and others are real bargains, unlike other parts of the world.

It'd be interesting to add one of those to my daughter's collection of keychains. I'm sure it wouldn't freak her out, as she doesn't have that "eew, a bug" thing going on. But it'd make a great contrast to the all-metal-and-plastic ones she has so far.

Yes.The green background does glow in the dark, but only if subjected to bright light before that for at least 5 minutes.Since my keys stay mostly in my pocket, it doesn't glow too bright.

Cool, reminds me of something similar I had. Not sure if the scorpion was real, but it was surrounded with a sort of amber-coloured plastic. Will have to find it and take a pic.

Saw on the TV once that a company was putting Skorpions in all day suckers, along with roaches and other crawly things.

here in SoCal particularly LA you can find these for $1.50. A lot of Koreans sell them. I have a black scorpion in clear resin around my wrist. There are also necklaces and bigger ones for paper weights.

I have some paper weights too, but not with scorpions. One is with a large grasshopper and another with a carnivorous water beetle, called Dytiscus marginalis (or marginatus, I don't remember the exact scientific name).I can post some pictures if you want.

I went to a church specially for this and bought it (I'm an orthodox Christian, I don't exactly follow the rules though-meaning that I seldomly pray or go to church).

Pretty cool. Is it fluorescent under black light or does that only work with live scorpions?
