Only thing missing from the picture is the chest packs and trauma blanket (I put them back in the bag)...
Im still not sure if you are joking or not, but maintaining vitals for 24 hours with what looks like 17 rolls of tape and alot of bandaids sounds like quite the challenge. Unless you forgot to tell us about the mobile ICU not shown in the picture
Not sure how you'd maintain vitals for 24 hours...I don't see any airway or fluid replacement equipment (which you can't have in a personal bag in most places I know of...).
I fear I've been misleading, and I apologize. By "LZ" I didn't mean to communicate I am a combat medic or paramedic...I am not. I am just a lowly EMT 1, I've worked some high angle rescue. Some. I only wanted to state I could probably stabilize an ambulatory injury long enough for rescue with my simple kit. I do not profess to be able to provide advanced life support for 24 hours. If I made that claim...I apologize, I cannot. My bad. I apologize if I overstated my ability. I can only "try".
Two of the pairs were actually destined for other bags. I was just sorting through stuff when I snapped the pic.
