Recieved my SERT Evade pack a few days ago. Real nice bag, more urban EDC orientated but still perfectly comfortable lugging stuff on a hike if required. Very happy so far!
Doing some burning at home this evening, pic really does not do justice to how big it got. This was the middle size pile.
I could have picked a better angle the fire is about 20m behind the bush. I was standing next to another fire at the time with a shovel in my other hand.
Hey Unagi! Its a very nice pack and fits the niche I bought it for perfectly. With exchange rates and freight it ended up a bit expensive so I use it as much and as often as possible! The materials and craftsmanship are spot on. It is a bit more Urban orientated so I do find I use the common variety Black Wolf pack when going for a decent bush walk or the like. The Evade can certainly hack it in the bush if it needs too, just not really set up with ventilation in mind. If someone was after a quality Urban EDC bag I would recommend it highly. The only issue to be aware of is the exchange rate!
Yeah the exchange rate has bitten me a few times this year and postage from the US is absolute robbery . But what can you do?! At least MDrop has cheap postage.
I try to get a few things that need to be ordered from the states and then send it all to a mailing company. I used borderlinx the last time, the postage wasn't that dear and it got here in about 5 days
Been a bit of a Lurker lately, not much new going on in my edc. Picked up this old Trail bike a couple of months ago and I blame this for being distracted. Come home from work a bit stressed, hit the tracks! The MaxP Lunada has finally found a purpose!
Hey Unagi! Some days I just have to try and tune out the Clowns They sometimes seem to be a protected species! Thanks for the Bike like, cosmetically its a bit rough but runs great. Not as poweful as Bikes I used to ride but Im really surprised with what it is capable of off road.
