Does anybody know if any variations of the crawdaddy were made. not variations from crawdaddy to wingnut but like ti, or extra grinds, or glowdot? I don't think there were but was curious. Thanks.
I think he made a 2nd generation model that was a little beefer but I'm not positive about this, I'm sure there's some diehard collectors that will know!
I believe he's right. Beefier jaws that are blunt/flat rather than tapered. Finish is the antique "buttery smooth" feel.
Yes, he made two variants of the same form of the Crawdaddy in a few different finishes, I believe. The first edition was the smaller of the two and I believe it came in antique satin finish and beadblasted. I have one of each of these myself. The latter was beefier and I think it only came in the stonewashed finish. I could be completely wrong but this is what I've remembered. I don't recall any special versions direct from Peter, however, some individuals used glow epoxy and other interesting ideas to spruce up their Crawddaddy. If I am incorrect on any of the above, please correct me. Heath
