How do you guys sharpen the scissors on a small SAK?

Very carefully. Sharpmaker if I had to.
Small DMT hones,,, open the scissors fully,,, rock the edge to find the angle,,, gently hone the edge.
Check sharp edge with finger nail.
Switch to the other blade and again sharpen the cutting edge.
Usually coarse then medium hones (blue then red).
Final step is to lay the inside of the scissor blade flat on extra fine hone (green),, and gently remove the burr.
I have sharpened many SAK scissors for myself and friends over the years.
I use foil. Fold a small piece into several layers then just cut the foil with the dull scissors. I smooth out any burrs with a sharpmaker stone or an old leather belt that I use as a strop.
