Anyone have a problem with turning this light on and off? Is there a known problem with the on/off switch? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I know it has a lock feature and I'm just hoping I'm doing something wrong here. The light is like brand new, got it about 6 months but hardly use it. It stays in my night table drawer. The battery is fully charged, and I even put in a brand new battery and it still won't turn on. It's never been dropped, and it WAS working before I put it on the charger last night. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -Joe
Just contact Olight customer service. I had an issue with my S10R awhile back. They quickly sent me a new light Sent from my LG-H901 using Tapatalk
Sometimes the little pin in the middle of the endcap seems to be sticking a bit with some early "R"-versions, just give it a push and see if it works ok after. Also check if it is fully screwed on, I had the endcap come loose just enough because I used the magnet on my S15.
