511 Rush messengers for me, yes theres an "s" because 1 for office(black), 1 multi-cam(day trips), and a sandstone coming for work field use. An H4 Kato is for weekend casual use.
Maxpedition Jumbo Versipak E.D.C. edition here, throughout the day. Although, on the multi-day or long day hikes I prefer my Typhoon gearslinger (now discontinued, and turned into a backpack version).
I have a lunada, rush 12, and one of the original jumbo versapack. I keep going back to the jumbo. It seems to hold everything I need on a daily basis. Sent from my XT603 using Tapatalk 2
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hi from northern Canada. I am using a chinook messenger bag for my edc. I recently had a bad fall and shattered my collar bone requiring surgery to instal some titanium plate and pins, so I am unable to wear a 2 strap backpack. I needed something comfortable and secure for over 1 shoulder.'only complaint it there is not enough compartments. Once I am healed up I am looking at an ogio renegade rss 17 backpack. My friend uses one, and he is quite happy with it.
I use a messenger bag for my needs . It holds my laptop and other gear , and blends into a social environment without causing to many suspicious looks . My brother bought me this dell laptop bag and canteen from a surplus store for $10 bucks total . This is perfect for me to put into the car for all the small side jobs i have and good for when i work in the coffee shops .
I like the looks of this bag. It looks handy and not too bulky. Does it come with a shoulder strap? Thanks.
I wear a Maxpedition Jumbo type bag. But i recently sold it because it was a miltary coyote color, that is not very civilian friendly. Thats why i ordered a Maxpedition Colossus in Black to blend in more with the crowd. This was my old Maxpedition Jumbo type bag: Greetings from Argentina
I use my 5.11 messenger and my TAD Litespeed for most EDC. Am selling my Litespeed ATM so I can get a Tactical Tailor Modular Operator Pack. The 5.11 is my man purse with all my daily essentials
Sorry to hear about your fall. Best wishes for a full recovery. I recently got some permanent internal titanium jewelry. (Had 2 vertebrae fused in my spine.) Welcome to the forums. Grizz
Have the same Rush messenger, plus two other (Black, multi-cam) for back up. Really versatile heavy duty bag that can stand all the wear and tear in your commute. Use it for my daily office bag. The TAD pack is nice and looks handy as well. Wouldn't be selling it if I own it. Personally I find a different purpose for each bag relative to the occasion.
Currently carrying a Chrome Citizen messenger bag which has been a great bag for many, many years, but will be transferring over to a Camelbak Urban Assault this afternoon.
Currently carrying a Camelbak Motherlode. Downsizing to a Maxpedition Malaga. Will have it in a couple of weeks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
