Yup, it's the MaxP 3x5. I fill it with cheap notepads from a local stationary shop, it's only for temporary notes at work, part numbers, aircraft running figures, that sort of thing.
here's a cover for molskine cashiers I made from some scrap leather I had laying around. it took about 15 minutes to make I am going to use leather that is a little thicker for the next one I make. I used a hair tie to hold it closed and heavy waxed cotton thread to hold notebooks in
Lol, glitch is the Xoxo 2014 Field Notes notebook. Yes it's a large Saddleback Classic Briefcase. The gold doubloons are dollar coins, I usually carry them for tips at restaurants or small purchases.
Man, I just about talked myself out of that Saddleback coin case! Hate loose change in my pockets or bag
I discovered two little tricks to making my Midoro so much more pleasurable to carry in my back pocket this week. 1.) Removed that hammered metal bit on the outside and rotate the knot that is inside it to the inside of the cover. 2.) Remove the elastic cord going around the outside. Both of those items were a real pain the arse to me and prevented me from fully loving my Midori. Now that they are gone it is a joy to carry and use as my new wallet/notebook cover/organizer and general collect all.
