I come from a defensive point of view here, but I would recomend the Surefire Backup, or Novatac 120t

Great lights and pocket very easily

Of my non-custom single cell lights, the LiteFlux LF3XT, Ra Clicky Executive, and Novatac 120P are the ones I most commonly carry and are very good pocket lights; I find myself carrying the cheaper LiteFlux more-it's very good.

What about a NiteCore D10 R2 (I have one) or a Fenix LD10? the LD10 is basically the LD20 with one less battery (I don't own it though).

(Just in case you didn't know, the Fenix LD20 is the new version of the L2D. Same with the LD10.).

I second the motion on the Novatac. Very pocketable power.

3 really good ones here. I highly recommend the Liteflux for daily edc, it compares with the others in output and build quality, and is nicely priced. A superb little light.

I carry the Fenix PD20. For it's size, I can't think why you'd want anything else!

LF2XT- Been carrying it on my keychain for a couple of weeks now and love it. It is small but very bright. I do have several other lights (Novatac 120P, Fenix P2D, Nitecore D10,) that I really like, but it is so easy to carry my new LF2XT.

+1 on the Fenix LD10. Bright light, lightweight, long runtime and uses 1AA battery. Use the Energizer Lithium e2 battery and it should last a long, long time.

I have an EX 10, and it's great.

I've carried a Photon Freedom for a few years, and still do (since it's so small), but the EX 10 is so much brighter.

Been in my pocket for a couple of days too. Tactile, tiny, cute, bright, amazingly controllable, can't stop playing with it. Totally practical if you want smaller than the Novatac, Nitecore Extreme etc.

Gotta love the little thing, it does soooo much.

McGizmo Mule. Then you can decide if you want a simple LE with three speeds or a more complicated engine like a flupic. I can't stop playing with mine. It is just awsome to hold and use.

My vote is for the RA Clicky or Nitecore Extreme. Bright lights, easy to operate and good battery life on lower settings when needed. I am not a fan of AAA lights. Too much runtime cost for too little power.
