    I hear you say!

This pack is the Platatac Bullock MKII.

The pack is definitely geared more towards the "operator" or soldier (Australian special forces use this exact pack), but makes for a nice day hunting bag or day hike type bag. I strongly recommend not using this as a everyday commuters/student bag as it has extreme "tacticool" factor and people will give you odd looks, so stick to your 5.11's and Maxpeditions for that one!

Here are some snaps of mine and a few little things that go in it for shooting/hunting. It comes in two versions, the Australian version (mine) and the UK version, they are virtually the same except the UK version has webbing for cyalume sticks (not for pouches) both come stock standard in multi-cam.

    Description:
    • 10L day/patrol pack
    • 3 Harness Options
      • Removable Shoulder Straps with Removable Sternum Strap
      • MOLLE onto your rig or field pack for extra space
      • Zip on/off using Platatac's Short Assault Panel (additional item, sold seperatly)
    • Full MOLLE exterior for attachment of extra pouches
    • Internal Bladder Sleeve with Velcro Tab to hold bladder upright when it's close to empty
    • Removable internal zippered mesh compartment
    • Lightweight and strong backing to increase weight capacity
    • Fixed Ballistic Helmet Carrier with External Zippered Pocket
    • 2x Side Utility Pouch (zippered)
    • 150x50mm Multicam Loop tab for IFF and other Patches e.g. Nametag
    • Reinforced Drag/Carry Handle
    • Drainage Grommets
    • Made from 500 denier Cordura Tactical Nylon
    • Double stitched and bartacked on all major seams
    • Available in Multicam
    • NSN 8465-66-160-4474

the coyote colour is almost a rubber finish, slightly strange, extremely waterproof and tough, not very breathable.

notice 6 D-rings around the edge for different rigging options.

Sweet score! Looks like Eagle Yote (if I'm remembering right). I have some airsoft shop version in of green without the molle, internal mesh pocket, and a couple other small things. Even with the cheaper Chinese materials I freakin love that bag. Smaller internal storage area means packing more carefully, but open up that mesh pocket and it will carry like three or four times more stuff, and pretty comfortably too even when way overloaded.

As far as getting second looks,I haven't had even one, although not being in cammo probably helps. I'm tempted to pick up another one in black and maybe adding that molle on one the body between the outer mesh flap part. I'd love to check out a high quality version in person some day.
