Decided I needed a more robust bag today, packed out my First Tactical Half-Day pack.

    Millican Nick the Messenger bag.

I love this bag, and this brand, this one is 17L and is so well laid out. I love the look now it is a little more worn in...

Finally found my Grail EDC pack ,got my varied camping set ups ( lightweight ,trail, multiday ,car camp) ,work and travel set up but wasn't able to nail my EDC pack despite many trials it was driving me mad but now I'm set.

Vanquest Trident 21 gen2 , with a Hazard 4 water bottle holder added,it's insane what I can get in admittedly it's stretched to max but it's holds way more than larger capacity packs I've had ,yet is able hold it in an organised manner and stills feels ok when heavy.

    Super happy [IMG]

Used my Indiana Jones gasmask bag, with leather strap, today.

Love this little bag, it fits in all the things I need to do audio journalism on the move when I don't need my laptop. In this photo I am editing an interview with some French football fans about the World Cup.

Oh, and doing it in a pub with a beer!

Monday time to break out the Fjällräven Raven 28.

This is a new bag to me, and I don't know what it is about it but I really love it. I feel like I'm cheating on my Millican Smith The Roll with it, but for those days when I am constantly needing things out of my bag this is so much easier than a roll top.

Still using the Fjällräven Raven 28.

This is a bag that I would probably normally overlook, but for me it has great organisation, a huge laptop space and good pockets on the sides. I have it open on my chair (I have a standing desk so I don't actually use my chair that much), and I find myself grabbing things out of it all the time.

I am travelling this weekend and I am thinking of just using this bag to travel with. I think 28L should be big enough.

Switched to an LA Police Gear Bail Out Bag for work. My SOG Ninja was too big to fit in the cabs of our new ambulances and I realized I was carrying a bunch of stuff I really didn’t need. Downsized a bit and here we are...

This is like my fourth one of these bags and I can’t remember why I kept getting rid of them (in fairness, they were all gifted to folks that really liked them. My youngest son has my first one that he carries daily and it’s over 15 years old).

This is the back, there is no ventilation, but I haven't noticed any sweat issues, or heat ones. It feels comfortable when I am commuting and things.
