My EDC bag - Direct Action Messenger Bag. I have it for over a month now, it's the best quality bag I've ever owned, and quite affordable for what you get. There is still a sale on DirectAction website of MkI model, if anyone is interested, because they introduced MkII. I do not see any difference between them :D

My Kelty Redtail 19. I had pondered the idea of using the pack as a lunch carrier/EDC bag about 8 months ago but didnt think I could find a lunch box small enough yet large enough to carry all my lunch but lo and behold I found one in my in laws basement. So now the Kelty carries my lunch and my EDC stuff, extra batteries, flashlights and other stuff I need. Inside under the lunchbox is a Ozark Trail 64oz vacuum bottle and my pee bottle, the company I work for doesnt like you using peoples bathroom so you have to pee in a bottle which absolutely sucks. Also have my sunglasses in the outer pocket. Its easier to keep and use than my other cooler.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

It arrived today, and I just carried it on its virgin hike. I've got to dial the harness in a little more, but so far I am very impressed. This pack is very flexible and super comfortable. I tossed in about 15 lbs worth of crap just to see how it handled. It felt like I was only carrying a few pounds. Their shoulder harness design is brilliant.

I ordered the pack stock and added the Aston pocket, and I'm glad I did it that way. My only complaint so far is the plastic loop that holds the top straps in place. In order to change out the back panel with the Aston pocket, you have to pull all the webbing through those loops and ultimately the side release buckles to take the pocket/panel off. I had already 3-D printed some of these with a gap in the middle of one side (I had scanned ones I pulled off some 5.11 tier straps), so I just added them to what is already there. Now I can just pull the straps through the gap without unthreading everything. I tried to show what I mean in the last photo. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I have achieved edc bag nirvana (for now). My favorite bag The vertx gamut.

Leatherman and pepper spray in the hidden flap. Both in a maxpedition dual mag holder.
In the main compartment. A couple of eagle creek cubes. One with snacks and food utensils. One with first aid and bleed out trauma items. A maxpedition hook and loop pouch with general edc items in it.
Here is the other side of the main compartment. Mostly just hygiene items.
The concealed carry compartment for when I do use it. I usually carry on body but I like having the option.

Carry both everyday lol. Hopefully when I move and get a new job I can get a new work backpack as the Milwaukee is getting a little small and starting to show some wear.[IMG][IMG]

I just grabbed another Tool Pack too and got a CLC 1143 I think?
I looked at that Milwaukee pretty hard too and it was down to those 2 but the CLC won for me with more lose space for bigger stuff which I need a lot.

I wanted to love the Veto pack but there is ZERO space in them it seems for anything aside from hand tools and we usually also need to carry small parts, connectors and hardware I think?
For the crazy price I just could not get another one of them!

The urban EDC bag. Far less likely to draw attention in a city setting.

Just decided to use this cheap $20 backpack for my working bag. Bought it on eBay, made in China. Gonna test how much can be beaten before falling apart. Work at port can get messy and it's gonna be thrown on concrate pretty often.
Replaced my 35 liter bag and this one is 20 liter so it looks like it's gonna burst.
Stuff in it on the next picture, in the plastic bag are working shoes.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
