I am pretty sure that the Paladin line from SOTECH is actually just a less expensive to make off shore version of the other bags that they sell that are made entirely by Veterans in the USA.

For the record I have 2 of the actual USA made SOTECH bags and they are great!
I have read that the Paladin might be just as great in certain ways but not so much in others?

Here's my Osprey Flapjack Courier bag in Oxford University where I'm covering a conference. The way it's designed seems to make it perfect for having open next to my seat enabling me to grab whatever I need with ease, which kind of defines what I need from my EDC.

Picked up a Kletterwerks Daypack at a good price. This pack probably fits my criteria the best for EDC right now. Also got a Green Vets L.A. tote to bring groceries to work. Very sturdy and well-stitched little bag.

Upgraded my Tasmanian Tiger Essential pack to the MKII. Love it.

Here it is compared to the MKI:

The mkii is wider top to bottom as apposed to the mki

After getting the Osprey Flapjack Courier bag and falling in love with the design, materials and execution I got hold of the Osprey Flapjack backpack.

    These are some teaser images:

Wow this pack is great, it says that it is 21ltrs, but it holds more than my 5.11 RUSH 12, and my Flyye FAST Pack. The bag is laid out in a really useful way and it has so much space, I love the organisation and the orange lining. It also feels quite a lot lighter than all of my MOLLE bags.

I have no way to explain this, but I had the RUSH 12 loaded out with exactly the same things I have in the Flapjack now and the Flapjack feels so much lighter, it seems to fit on my back better (if that makes sense).

The laptop pocket is amazingly well padded and swallows my Macbook Air 13", and then cocoons it. I feel more confident with my laptop in this pack than I have in a long time.

Okay I’ve looked till my eyes hurt!! I saw a guy on here before that had an alpha oneniner with a molle plate attached to the front. I can’t find it now. Can anyone help me? I’d like to know what plate it was, how he mounted it and maybe the pics. Sorry, I know it’s a strange request but I’d like to try it on my evade.

Are you referring to someone who was using a Beaver Tail from Triple Aught Design?

I think so. Is that the same as the fast transporter tail. Is that the same?
