What about it do you really like? I am so intrigued by this style of bag (evacs, sat comm, go bags) but am just unsure about their elongated shape. I don't want to spend $100 on ANOTHER bag and it not work out.

I tried, kinda. Attached it sort of half on the side of the bag and half on the attachment area for the shoulder sling..... my arm kept hitting it. Probably just try something slimmer profile! Reccomendations??

Thanks! It is a VooDoo Tactical FAK, that I have completely jammed full-o-stuff. So far, extremely happy with the 5.11 bag.

Hey, I see a lot of Maxpedition black bags in this thread. Does the stitching on those bags and packs actually show as lighter color or is it just a trick of photography? Looks pretty cool in the pics.

Holds the same amount of stuff as my Moab 10, super comfy wide strap, the side pouches hold my coffee cup securely (missing from Moab 10, not secure enough on Sitka), the narrow width fits better in the car and truck, the narrow width and the interior divider keep my stuff from "slumping" to the bottom.
I bought Moab 10 and Sitka prior. Coming from a Lunada, but wanted more capacity. This fits the bill perfectly for me. YMMV... :)

The stitching is lighter, but it is a little more pronounced in the picture I took.

One eye, thanks for your input. I too have a Sitka and Moab 10. I found the Sitka a little small and like yourself found the bottle holder insecure especially when brought to the front and I really haven't used the Moab 10 much to really decide. I also like the fact that it fits better in a truck. Thanks again

Here is my Colossus clone bag. [IMG]
Love the price of this thing, and the storage is great. I've got room for a FAK, back up battery charger for phone, iPad and notebook, has a decent admin pouch or two internally, and did I mention the price?

Just got this Kodiak yesterday. Had to move up in size from my Mongo versipack so I could have a little extra expansion room if needed.

A lot slimmer, and more useful. Still in the testing phase.

Here's my bag since my daughter was born. I'm with her pretty much all the time outside of work so it goes almost everywhere.

    Nice load out.
Strange as it is I miss those days.
Now it's sleeping bags, pilows, 3 changes of clothe and a few Monster Highdolls Just dance 3 or 4 and a Wii remote.
    Plus toiletries.

??? The clam shell case above the pacifiers is that a case for them?

Yea it holds the pacifiers. It's kind of bulky though. I think I like the ones that have a cover over each pacifier separately.

It's fun she's starting to do more and act more "human" but it does seem to be going too fast. She'll be mobile before long and it'll be a whole new ball game.
