Sorry in advance-my tablet is old and no longer posts pics, but I'm super stoked on my new bag and wanted to share since I've yet to see one here. I have recently been buying/lusting after Bellroy products. I picked up the pencil case and was hooked. I just picked up the Sling bag in Cabernet/Neon and it is an amazing little bag for walking around town. I wanted something to sub in for my Maxpedition Vesipack. I was tired of not having a water bottle, or notebook larger than a Field Notes. The Sling is about the same size, in fact it may be slightly smaller but the way its configured allows for larger notebooks, water bottles etc. Add to that the beautiful craftsmanship, looks and the fact that there is zero tacti-cool factor and I am in love. If anyone wants or needs a small pack for around town I highly recomend Bellroy. They make all kinds of bags, wallets and other cool containers. The attention to detail that this company shows is something that should appeal to everyone here on the forums. In a way I'm glad I can't post pics because it will force interested parties to go to their site and check out all the outstanding kit. I encourage everyone to do so. You will fall in love too.
Ive been looking at Bellroys a lot recently. Both the classic/ classic plus and new transit look very tempting.
I can't recommend Bellroy highly enough. The materials are comprable to the Maxpedition gear but there is zero tactical look to it. I have the Falcon II and Versipack from Max, both in Red which helps blend a bit but the Bellroy Sling is plain gorgous and tough as nails. And it is way more usefull as far as straight up EDC, like I said before water bottles and notebooks are not a big ask for a bag. If your looking I would say pull the trigger.
Here are a couple of my usual carry bags depending on whether i am going into the woods, down range, or just around town. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
I love it! I think it is as close to perfect for my usage as anything could be. To the point that it feels custom tailored. It's my true EDC and it checks all the boxes for me from general stuff like eye drops and chapstick and such to full trauma kit and FN 509 Tactical. I couldn't recommend it enough if you have a similar need. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
