Thanks tigz. It's a sweet looking pack!
It was hard to resist the sale and the bag passed my cirteria for looks and functionality for a light summer pack. I tested 16 oz kleen kanteen and the side pocket where you can secure with cord and turned it upside down and it held on! The proportions are great when filled, lies flat on your back and high! Being a person with small frame, I despice packs that bulge and hang low on your back. This won't be my last for sure!
And my wife says all my bags look the same!
That's good news! You can buy more for as long as its black. I've been successful with that! So now I have a real challenge since the next acquisition is pointing to a tan\coyote\sandstone! My only light coloured tacticals are the Rush messenger bags in sandstone and multi-cam, the latter being supposedly returned but ended up keeping it well hidden under a pile of bags!
scbubba, I really like the small tricorn & skull & Betsy Ross flag patches.
Thanks Jerry! Those come from MoeGuns Tactical. They have a lot of good stuff in the patches and stickers arena.
Have pics now, sorry for the delay...had medical stuff. Am creating a new thread.....
I just went and checked them out and after adding a few items to my cart, the site wouldn't let me checkout
Great kit and loadout! I have a question about the FAK(s) in your picture. What is in the red container, and what is in the yellow container at the bottom of the photo? Cheers!
You sure having a large 'Photographer' logo plastered on the back of the bag is a good idea?
Haha yeah it's Velcro backed so if I ever shoot in places I don't want to advertise what's in the bag, I take it off!
Major drool...what is it?
That looks awesome. Gotta add this to my list. Any pics of the insides?
that pic of the bag looks better than the one they have on their site lol
I like cheap bags but with good proportions and works! How much?
My finger just floating above the "buy" button but then its back ordered and no sale. The photo also looks smaller than the 22" tall described, is it really this tall? I'm only 5'6" and 20" is the max for my frame.
It was a bit tall side but I am 5' 10" and it fits me perfectly. I'll get some more pictures posted up a little later.
That is a great looking bag. I thought I was done trying out bags for a while. That bag has made me rethink that.
I kinda felt the same way before I seen this one. The reason I liked this bag was it is a great blend of a tactical style bag and a light weight day pack. It does not have all the benefits of either one, but as you can see it is got great organization and you can add any number of hook and loop accessories to either the main or back compartment. It also is very well built and while codura is not as tough as some of the heavier nylon it is tough enough to use as an edc. It is very comfortable and feels light on your back, far more so then any tactical pack I own. I am considering also getting the gamut plus which I believe is 10 liters larger for longer trips.
Several of us have these and like myself find them both huge and yet unable to carry big enough loads somehow?
Of course some are satisfied with them too but there seems to be some consensus that they are not exactly as they seem.
I was crazy for the concept but so far have not been able to travel with ine as I had planned,it is just too cramped inside.
