That should mean that a large Moleskine also will not fit.

Yeah the green book is 5.5 x 8. Not sure what else would fit the spartan.

I have one of the green book covers that you can get from the PX made by Raine, Inc.

I tried it on a Markings notebook from Staples and it does fit in the cover. I would imagine that the Spartan would be the same.

Just an FYI, The Spartan (http://www.tacticalnotebookcovers.com/store/notebook_covers/army_green_book_cover_nsn_7530-00-222-3521.htm )has been revised as well as pretty much our entire line. It now features a flat pen pocket on the front to help hold your pens a little tighter. We have also added a 2" wide loop Velcro to the pen holder area and are now using a 2" wide loop Velcro across the top replacing the 1" that used to be up there. We also widened the cover VERY slightly due to a few complaints of the book being a bit too tight in the cover.

I'll try to get some pictures of the revision up for you. Currently the multicam and coyote brown are shipping in the new version, while black and ACU still have a few of the original version in stock.

BTW, I'm Roger from Tactical Notebook Covers.

Forgot to mention, we are now cutting the pull tabs off all our zippers and running the cord through the zipper head itself to eliminate the ever evil clicking/jingling noise.

About a day or so. They are actually being sewn right now. I am almost out of the original ones.

Thanks Roger, I'll give you a ring at the office tomorrow, will the 8.5 x 11 folder hold a block of graph paper? Or is it for a book?

    Thanks, Ted

Not trying to play dumb on this one, but you are going to have to be a LOT more specific on the 8.5 X 11. We have 3 or 4 covers that could fit in that general category. But I'll take a stab at answering in general. We have a letter size cover (2060) that is designed more for a book, such as the one in the super discount in the other thread. We have 2 that are designed for a 3-ring binder (2 different binder sizes) for letter size - 2033 and 2090 which you could put in a binder with graph paper. And we also have a cover (2089) that is designed for a book, but has a inner pocket that is designed for a clipboard or "legal" type notepad in letter size if you have the graph paper in a pad like that.

I don't know if I answered your inquiry, but maybe I shed some light in the direction to look. Best bet would be to give me a call and we can figure out which cover is best for your planned use and go from there. The direct line is 727-350-5864.

Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Sorry Roger

I was curious about the one you're offering a special deal to EDCF folks in your other thread. 'Tactical Leaders Administration Map Case'
