I used to. Then I "lost" it in the wash. Haven't gotten around to replacing it. I take it with me when I walk the animal. If you are into fitness, it is a nice little gizmo to have. Cheap too. You can find them at any local drugstore for a few bucks.

I wear one a lot - a way to remind myself to move and not just sit in front of my PC. The best one I've ever found is the Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer. It's not the cheapest but it's accurate and has good features.

I have one, too. Sometimes I wear it, but not regularly. Just out of curiosity, it's interesting too see how many steps have accumulated during the day.

I have an Omron HJ-303. I have been using it for about a year and it works like a champ. I can slip it in any pocket and off I go. No need to worry about orientation or placement, works great in a shirt pocket. I paid about $40 or so.

For any of you that have smartphones, I just downloaded "My Tracks". It's a free app on the android market. I've only tried it once so far but it is supposed to give you all kinds of stats including a map of your route and all. Check it out. First time I used it, it timed my walk but I didn't wait for the GPS to kick in on my phone so apparently I walked for 30 mins and only went 86 feet. :(

I've been wearing a pedometer for a week or two. At my work, we all wear them as part of a company wide contest to walk so many steps by August as part of a donation process to cancer research. It's a pretty neat idea.
