Because it is part of the leather man brewzer!
Because you are a respiratory therapist or your mother is on O2 therapy?
Because we are actually all part of an elaborate "Total Recall"-esque planet.
Why not, especially if there are other things on the same tool that would be used.
I can see this being a great tool for EMT's, Firefighters, nurses, etc. Bascially many people in the medical professions that use O2.
Because anyone who has as much gear as we have must be a shark wrangler and we need it for diving gear. The real question should be, why are there always bottle openers on our o2 wrenches.
Although, most tools that have a O2 wrench as a feature are Steel... and a steel tool that could spark being used on an O2 bottle could be(read that as IS) suicidal.. (And probably against company safety policies for those professions I'd imagine.) YMMV, IMNSHO, BR549 , ETC.
Well Duh, thats obvious; shark wrangling is dangerous and hard work, and a bear or two or six after a long death defying day of it really hits the spot!
Because i had a lady that was completely out of breath pulling a green bottle on a little dolly come up to me last week and ask if I had anything that could open the valve on her bottle..... i didnt have an oxygen wrench BUT I did have my LM Wave and after a few quick puffs she was on her way.
That proves it! We don't "all breath the same air" contrary to the old saying.
wife is on oxygen 24/7
I use my Schrade Titanium Pry Tool almost everyday
