What's up people, I've got my eyes set on a Promaster Eco-Drive Titanium Radio-Controlled AS4030-59E. I went to the local dealer today, they did not have the exact model in stock. They will have one next week for me to look at and I was wondering if anybody here has owned one or something similair. Thanks in advance. I don't have that exact model but I do have the Skyhawk AT and that thing is sweet with the atomic time... set all my other watches to it... This is my rule of thumb... If the watch has the features I need and does what I want it to and I can afford it I get it... that watch meets most of my criteria and if it meets yours then get it... Atomic Time is sweet! And of all the watches I own, Citizens are my favourite and have never, knock wood, been dissatisfied... hope this helped...
I've had this exact type since it came out some three years ago. I have also the type in black titanium with leather strap (AS4035-04E) and I suggest you have a look at it too. The finish is very good and the sapphire crystal bright and not prone to scratches. This Citizen never skipped a beat in three years and the radio reception takes place regularly. I can only say good things about these Citizen's and I own seven of them.
I too have a Skyhawk A-T, purchased recently off the Watchuseek forums, and I am continually impressed by it. I have owned nothing but Casio G-Shocks for several years and the Citizen is like a breath of fresh air after all that plastic resin casing Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to check out anything else from Citizen in person, but a Promaster is on my short list of watches that I'd love to get. If you do end up getting it, we'd all love to hear about your reaction- along with, as always- some pictures!
Don't worry about that, I'll post some nice pics when I have it. I'm probally going back in about a week and a half. Thanks for the input guys.
