I know the awesome Tactile Turns are on that short list. I might grab a Titanium Glider this week. Any other machined pens I should collect that handles G2s? Price is no concern. Appreciate all recommendations. ☀️
Big I Design. Either the Ti Arto (if you like a longer, capped pen), or the Ti Pocket Pro (for a shorter EDC twist pen.) I have both and I love both. Perfect design and hold both G2s as well as dozens (if not hundreds) of other refills you may want to throw at them.
I'll second the Ti Arto and add the Sunderland Machine Works MK1 and Karas Kustom Retrakt. Fantastic pens, at least imo.
I can second the Ti Pocket Pro. I'm wanting the Ti Arto as well now but I can't decide if I should get the current Ti Arto or wait for the Ti Arto EDC. What do you guys that already have the Arto think?
I hadn't seen the new Ti Arto EDC. Very interesting. I'm perfectly happy with the current version, but rotate several pens so length isn't too much of an issue. If I were to have only one, and needed it to work in multiple scenarios, I would be very tempted to go with the EDC model.
Sweet! Great suggestions. I also already have the Retrakt and love it with my Mover. So to make a running list (in no particular order): 1. Tactile Turn Mover 2. Tactile Turn Glider 3. Karas Kustoms Retrakt 4. BiGiDesign Ti Arto 5. BiGiDesign Ti Arto EDC 6. BiGiDesign Ti Pocket Pro 7. Sunderland Machine Works MK1 8. Urban Survival Gear TiScribe-Bolt 9. Tactile Turn Slider (need to shorten your G2) 10. Tactile Turn Shaker (need to shorten your G2) 11. Machine Era Pen 12. Pilot Metropolitan 13. The Right Choice Painting Company pens Thank you so much and keep the suggestions coming, guys.❤️
I would also add that Will at Tactile Turn designs the shorter Shaker & Slider pens to take the G2 refill as well. You will just need to shorten the refill by cutting a little off the back. I'm currently using a shortened G2 refill in my stainless steel Slider. I usually leave the refill a shade long so a little more of the refill's tip extends from the tip of the pen.

Wow, that's a very reasonable price. How I wish this pen has a clip, though . Anyway, added to the list, thanks.
Pilot Metropolitan. Might be too dressy for your tastes. Under $20 IIRC, I use it at Work, Shirt and Tie Environment. Takes a sweet 0.38 mm Line refill. Cigar shaped Aluminum Body in lots of Flashy colors. Available from Jet Pens online. Usual disclaimers apply no affiliation or interest in this company, other than satisfied customer.
Pilot added a roller ball version. Actually not that unusual in pens; Acme for example primarily sell roller ball pens but have a converter (basically a front section with a nib and a feed that screw into the same barrel). There are plenty of other examples. Also, the Pilot Metropolitan is widely marketed. I have no issue with Jet Pen -- one of my own favorite internet sellers. But you can also get these pens at places like Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, etc. L'chaim! Moshe ben David
One thing I'd like to add, in case anyone here who loves the Pilot G2 refill might be interested... Pentel makes an EnerGel refill line that seems to be pretty comparable. I recently picked up an XLRN3, which is a 0.3mm sized rollerball refill. It's wonderfully XXF. I picked up a refill for less than $3 shipped from Amazon. Cheap enough to try out and see if you like it. There are some sellers offering a pack of 10 for about $13. Here's a photo of one that I installed in a rOtring 600 rollerball (I swapped it in place of a G2):
Right now at work I have a 0.7mm Pilot G2 refill in a Machine Era Original Brass and a Pentel Energel 0.5mm refill in an early Japan Zebra R301. I have found through trial and error that the Pilot G2's and Pentel Energel's and probably the UniBall's fit the same pens, including the Waterman rollerballs of which I have several, including Hemisphere, Laureat, Expert and L'Ethalon. I am intrigued by the TiScribe Bolt in titanium stonewash...probably will be next.
