    I saw one when I was in the EMS office the other day. It got sent as a freebie. Looks like it might actually work well, it even comes with an OPA in the bag with it. I guess it is trying increase the effectiveness of getting a good seal.

    I don't know if i would use one of those, and i am not very impressed. I'd rather use a pocket mask specially with a patient with facial trauma arround the mouth. As for it coming with an OPA, it's not going to help you at all if it doesn't fit your patient, I'd want at least 4 different sizes...

    With trauma around the mouth a tube or cric would be about the only sure thing.Then you got the whole concept of trauma dead staying dead.I think they would be a lot easier to use (for an average person) than a mask using the e-c method.I agree about the opa's, but I can't remember ever using anything but 90's.
