Nice to have the forums back, but with just happened?

    Down for a week. Nice to be back up again, but what the hell happened?

    Also, on the comms front, when did the team first know there was a problem, and is there a process for getting a fast "we know there's a TARFU, we're working on it" message out on both Facebook and Twitter?
