Kifaru have produced a new EDC bag the Antero. No details yet but I think it's at the SHOT show and there is a picture on their forum page and FB page.

I'm going broke. If you see a guy on the corner with a tin cup, but a great bag, it only me. Be kind.

There are new pics on Kifaru's forum of this pack. Including a shot of the interior, and of the shoulder straps. From what little that I have seen, this is the most EDC-centric pack that I have ever seen come out of their shop. Hopefully the price is somewhat reasonable, as in being under $200..

Nice - I wish it wasn't a full zip clamshell though. Not that I could afford it either way, but still.

:censored: I'm only just recovering from the bashing my wife gave me for buying an E&e + long pocket, and..., well.., thanks a lot Kifaru!

Looks interesting but I can't see myself offing my Xray for it.

I'm on the fence with this one -- it's hard to tell if there's any additional internal organization. From the photos I see, it would be nice to have a few more internal mesh pockets. But, still... glad to see Kifaru embracing EDC!

Kinda looks like a cross between a Maxpedition Monsoon and a Kifaru Zippy. Wait, did I just use those two brands in the same sentence? Yikes. :p

I hate water bottle pockets. HATE THEM!!! [IMG]

Gimme PALS and I'll put something useful there rather than paying for useless material flapping around all over the place that I'll never use.

I don't like water bottle pockets either, pals would be way more versatile.

Did anyone else notice the pockets on the outside of this bag? Not only on the top (like a Mystery Ranch Tri-Zip), but the two pockets (one on each side), *above* the water bottle pockets? They appear to have flaps on them. While the pocket of top of the bag uses a zipper closure..

2000 cubic inch for an edc bag??

Looks a lot like the maxpedition new packs.

They already have a great EDC pack they could have fixed the issue with, the zippy.
