Great vacation pictures, looks like you had a great time & you have a beautiful family!!!!! Not to mention great gear pics....
Thanks! The weather was almost cloudy and we felt cold for swimming. We shortened the time at the beach and enjoyed other tourist spots.
Just started following your thread. love your pics and posts, amazing holiday pics. Your post about your wife worrying about water/food/disaster related items instead of you spending money on EDC made me smile, my partner does the same. "Do you really NEED four torches"?.....of course not, i need more than four princess, i'm limiting my spend because i love you. I also tell her that everything costs roughly £10, then she doesn't get mad ! haha Thanks for sharing your life/pics. I'll get back to scouring the pages for more cool stuff
Welcome to my thread, and thank you for all the likes! Glad to hear I'm not alone haha! My family said my torches helped us a lot when the Great East Japan Earthquake happened. That was the first time they said such thing. I can't spend much for new gears recently, so I sold a lot of my old HDS flashlight collection. I hope you enjoy my thread. Thanks again!
My short holidays period was over yesterday... Mail call An nylon pouch for McGizmo Makai from ebay. It was difficult to find the right size pouch for Makai. My Grail torches, Makai, Haiku, SunDrop
I haven't checked out your posts in a while but am glad I did. You have the best titanium collection out there... Excellent photography as well! I favour Ti and lately have been sponsoring a few makers on Kickstarter who are making EDC tools out of titanium and other materials with a mind to make my ultimate compact key retainer tool set. I like your tool chain with the Uncle Bills tweezers and other tools. I will post some pictures of what I have collected when I have time. I thought of you as there may be some tools you would like like a mini version of the Griffin pocket tool that is designed to clip into a key retainer frame by the Stowaway maker. Handgrey design also has some cool Ti biners and rings.
Thank you for your kind word! My all titanium keychain setup is almost version final. There is no change for a long time. I like Handgrey knox titanium lateral split key ring! Usually titanium split ring does not allow much widening the gap, it's not back when I widen it much. I have broken a couple of titanium rings. The Handgrey knox looks good.
Such and excellent group of tools! I've said it before that the small Insingo (in carbon fiber) is my favorite all time knife. Check out the Stowaway EDC tools on Kickstarter. I just ordered their knife, special mini version of the Griffin tool and a comb from the tool set the offer (they offer just about any EDC tool, pen, tweezers, scissors, etc..) to clip into a leather Orbit Key retainer, but the tools clip on a variety of other retainers like Keybar as well. Its a cool idea I have not seen elsewhere.
