    Good Morning ladies & Gentleman.

I’m looking for a new bag. I currently have a 5:11 Rush 24 in flat dark earth. I just don’t use it. I need something less tactical & not a bulky. My goal is to actually use whatever bag I decide to go with on a almost daily basis. I will be using as a place to keep my gym clothes in when I go from work straight to the gym. Here is more than likely what will, or could be in it daily.

shoes<<< I will also want some type of shoe bag to put them in, then place shoe bag in new bag.
shorts, shirt, socks.. I’ll be placing these in a packing cube also.

AirPods, water bottle, small flashlight, small pocketknife.
Possible compact 1911 on rare occasion.

I’d also like to be able to use it on occasion when say we take a day trip to a theme park,
Jeep event, or festival.. currently for this we take kavu sling bags.

These are things I don’t really want. The tactical look, molle webbing all over, overall huge or bulky, so that makes the Oakley sink bags a no go also.

I’m leaning towards the recycled firefighter 24hr bag. It has a clean compact look, & do like being able to add a moral patch to it lol. Sorry I like patches hahah. I just want to make the right purchase the first time. So I’m open to suggestions.

Major RF fan here. Love my 12hr and 24hr.

Check out his Velcro backed mesh organizational pouches. Could be just the ticket for clothes and such. If you're going RF, I'd consider his duffle as well for more of a dedicated gym bag.

Also, look into the Vertx bags. The Ready or Gamut would fit the bill.

Disregard all my camo. They have non tactical colors available.

side by side, is it a huge diff between the 12 & 24 size wise? I actually looked at the duffel bag, I just honestly feel like the size & style would keep me from using it like I’m wanting to use my next bag.

I would never suggest the duffle as an everything bag. More of an "in conjunction with" personally.

The 24 is noticeably wider than the 12. If you intend to carry any article of clothing go with the 24. The 12 is slim.

I'm kinda done with my Rush 24 bag too, now using a Viper bag with internal mesh pockets like in the pictures above,...I've seen the light, more bags should be made like this.

Tom Bihn make great packs. A tad pricey but their construction is fantastic. I don't have one but they are on my dream list.

Can’t offer anything specific but I’d look at more outdoorsy bags as they’re going to have less compartments and more space for gym stuff. Patagonia maybe?

I’m satisfied with my Mystery Ranch Urban Assault. Mine is the 21L version. Minimal organization but there are a few pockets inside, not tacticool, good construction and I think I found mine under $100.

I like my A19 Evade pack too, it's the Gen 1 version. But, it is an organized pack with lots of compartments.
